Charges and payment methods

Payment of the price for the ordered product must be made by the Customer during or after the purchase procedure described above – via PayPal, Satispay or by credit card (Nexi portal) – and in any case in advance of the shipment of the product.

The price of each product is determined according to the rates in force at the time of the order on shop.lanaalpascolo.it. VAT will be applied to all invoiced amounts and, together with any other tax charges arising from performance of the contract, will be borne by the Customer.

The Customer may not assert any rights or raise any objections of any kind unless and until payment has been correctly made. If payment of the price is not made, confirmed or credited to Lana al Pascolo, the latter reserves the right to suspend or discontinue supply of the product with immediate effect, where the product has already been activated, as indicated in Article 13 below.

If the ordered products are delivered outside Italy, the Customer may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the parcel reaches the specified destination. In any event, any additional customs clearance costs will be borne by the Customer.
